MID-CENTURY
Growing up in the 1950’s, I was surrounded by every type of mid-century design: Formica tabletop patterns, wall hangings, fabrics, furnishings and industrial design.
This series of wall sculptures interprets my memory of those shapes and colors. My attraction to this design motif continues to influence my design aesthetic regardless of my chosen medium for a series.
